FAQ
Where do I find my WACC CSV in Mero Share?
Log in to Mero Share (meroshare.cdsc.com.np) → go to 'My Portfolio' → open the 'WACC Report' tab → click Download. Save the CSV file to your computer.
Where do I find my Share Values CSV?
In Mero Share, go to 'My Portfolio' → open the 'Share Values' tab → click Download. You’ll need both this file and the WACC Report to import your holdings.
Why is my WACC CSV empty or missing data?
This usually happens when your purchase source is not set in Mero Share. Go to 'My Purchase Source' → 'My WACC' → update the purchase source for each stock. Then download the WACC CSV again.
Is my financial data safe?
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your portfolio and all associated data at any time.
How often are prices updated?
NEPSE prices are updated once daily after market close (around 3:30 PM NPT), Sunday through Thursday, based on the last traded price.
What's the difference between WACC and Share Values CSV?
The WACC CSV contains your average buy price (cost basis) for each stock, which is used to calculate profit and loss. The Share Values CSV shows your current holdings. Both are required for accurate portfolio tracking.
Can I track multiple portfolios?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 3 portfolios. Pro plans with unlimited portfolios are coming soon.
What if a stock in my CSV isn't showing up?
We only import stocks listed in our NEPSE database. If a symbol is missing, it may be a newly listed stock or IPO that hasn’t started trading yet. We add new stocks as they become available.
